Help CenterWe offer two primary methods for withdrawals: Rise and Crypto via USDT-TR20.
Rise: With this option, you can receive payouts directly to your bank account or crypto wallet. To request a payout via Rise:
- Submit your withdrawal request from your dashboard and select the Rise method.
- Specify the amount and provide your email address.
- You’ll receive an email from Rise within 1 business day with instructions to create an account and verify your identity. This is required only for your first payout.
- Make sure you’ve submitted your KYC documents (only needed for the first payout).
- Once approved, funds will be credited to your Rise account, from which you can withdraw via Bank Transfer or Crypto.
Crypto via USDT-TR20: This method allows you to receive payouts directly to your crypto wallet.
- Specify the withdrawal amount and provide your email.
- Ensure your KYC documents are submitted (only required for the first payout).
- Receive your payout in USDT-TR20 to your crypto wallet.
Important Notes:
- All open trades will be automatically closed when a payout request is made. The trading account will remain read-only until the payout is processed.
- TradingCult may specify the payout method for withdrawals that surpass 10,000 USD.
