A Max Daily Loss refers to the maximum amount a trader is allowed to lose within a single trading day (17:00 – 17:00 EST (00:00 – 00:00 MT4 server time). This limit is carefully established for each challenge to emphasise the importance of sound risk management practices. It acts as a safeguard to help traders maintain discipline and protect capital while focusing on their challenge goals. If a trader reaches the Max Daily Loss, all open positions will be automatically closed, the challenge will be failed, and no further trades can be placed on the account.
