You may request a refund, subject to eligibility. In accordance with our policy, you are eligible to request a refund provided there is no trading activity on your account within the first 7 days of purchasing the challenge. To request a refund, simply send an email from your registered email address to support@tradingcult.com, confirming your name, account number, registered email address and reason you would like a refund.
Upon successfully passing the 2x Evaluation Challenge and becoming eligible for your first payout, you'll receive a refund for the purchase price of the 2x Evaluation Challenge. This refund is processed along with the first profit payout from the account.
